Entertainment

Clare- entertaining us all, all the time.

Thanks Sus for the material. I think I'll dig back into my photos so all can see that each child has at one point LOVED this hat.

Today Olivia came home with this special bear. This bear gets to come with us all week and we get to document it all, (=fun for me!) But it does mean that she gets to be line leader at school all week and I guess that's a big deal. So far, in one afternoon, bear has jumped in the jumpy castle, colored, and watched sleeping beauty. He's in for it, if that's just one day. Stay tuned for more, I was just informed he will be going swimming and also participating in a parade, yikes.

Shockingly, Maddie was able to construct this without Clare ruining it!

Trunk or Treat

Clare's school had a "trunk or treat" party for all the kids.
Just as it sounds, the littles went around the parking lot to trick or treat at decorated trunks.
It was pretty clever and they all loved it.
Halloween is exhausting....is it over yet? We still have two school parties, two parades, pumpkin carving night and oh ya, the trick or treating part.

Aw Man

Clare's saying of late is, Aw Man. Aw Man everything.
She got into the basket of winter items ... and is wearing Olivia's boots and hat... the hat Sus gave her years ago. This kid just cracks us up all day long.

Pumpkin Patch Madness

Today we went to Rock Creek Farms to pick pumpkins.
We almost turned around because there were hundreds and hundreds of people.
But, the girls insisted it would be ok, that there would be more pumpkins than people.
They were right about that....

Olivia hunting for the best one...took her a little while.

Don't know if you can see the acres and acres of pumpkins and the steady stream of cars.

Still waiting for that picture where everyone is looking at the camera.

Nope, not this one either. And Olivia was crying because Maddie wouldn't let her sit on the pumpkin she was sitting on??

So now we are all looking at the camera, but minus the smiles. Oh well.

Run and Hide

Clare's latest thing is to hide under the art table.

If you tell her its time for bed, naps, diaper changes, she sprints to the office and hides, in plain sight.

Olivia and Maddie do Stroke School every Monday afternoon. They have been doing the Infant Aquatics program since 12 months of age. They are awesome little swimmers and Clare isn't too far behind them!
