Another day in Kailua

We loved Kailua so much we had to go back on Friday.

Here the girls (littles) talked the boys into making a giant castle.

and then Maddie made it into a chair.

I think everyone had 2 or 3 or 4 even.

Paddle Boarding

After surfing lessons, Olivia and I went paddle boarding.

And we both loved it.

and of course Maddie had to try too.

Surf Day

Maddie and Will took a surf lesson.

She was not wanting to do it at all once we got there.

The surf was very rough (and frankly I didn't blame her).

But she did it. And had a great time.

Tuesday Night we went to the Fia Fia Luau.

Here the girls are getting heads bands braided out of palm trees.

and then, the best part of the show was when the chief had all the kids go on stage and learn the hula. In this picture, he is talking DIRECTLY to Clare, where he says, wow, its looks like you've got your own show at home don't you? (If only he knew). She's the little one in the pink. Olivia and Maddie are on the far right.
